For more than 14 years he’s contributed to various divisions within Lanteri, specialising in operational advice, compliance, legal, human resources, group financial, buyer advocacy, events, and client relationship management.
As a pillar of leadership, Ashley has a keen eye for detail making sure our advisors meet their obligations and uphold the requirements of our unique MDA licence, setting us apart in client service.
Passionate about navigating compliance landscapes, he collaborates closely with teams to ensure adherence to regulations, including those set forth by Austrac and ASIC.
Dedicated to innovation, Ashley focuses on devising processes that empower our staff, fostering a culture of growth and success.
